104 Swan Street Guildford
(Next door to the Little Guildford Cafe)
Nestled in the historic heart of Guildford, Western Australia, this psychology practice is surrounded by the charm and character of one of Perth’s oldest settlements. Established in 1829 as one of the Swan River Colony’s first towns, Guildford retains its rich heritage with beautifully preserved colonial buildings, tree-lined streets, and a deep connection to the Noongar people, the region’s Traditional Custodians. Once a bustling river port and agricultural hub, Guildford’s historic past blends seamlessly with its vibrant present, offering a unique, tranquil setting for reflection and healing. The practice’s location within this heritage-listed precinct provides a warm, grounding space for clients, where history, nature, and community come together to foster well-being and personal growth.
When you arrive
When you arrive, step through the door between The Little Guildford Café and Little Vines Bar, and you’ll find yourself in a quiet, welcoming space. Walk down the hallway, and at the end, you’ll see a cozy couch—please make yourself comfortable while you wait. Jessica will be with you as soon as she’s available. Since this building is shared with other therapists and businesses, we appreciate your mindfulness in keeping the space peaceful. Depending on the day, Jessica may be in one of two rooms, but rest assured she’ll come to find you. In the meantime, feel free to help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee from the kitchenette halfway down the hall—take a moment to pause and settle in.
