Meet Jessica ...
Jessica is a Masters-qualified, Registered Psychologist whose practice is equally dedicated to person-centered, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care. She brings extensive experience in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma—whether recent or historical, acute or chronic, and across the full spectrum from interpersonal abuse (including narcissistic and dark tetrad abuse) to other forms of adversity. Jessica provides a safe and validating therapeutic environment for clients healing from the complex impacts of physical abuse, sexual abuse, psychological manipulation, betrayal, and traumatic stress, including PTSD and Complex PTSD (CPTSD).
In parallel, Jessica is deeply committed to working with neurodivergent individuals. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she supports clients navigating ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences. Jessica empowers neurodivergent clients to understand and embrace their identities, offering practical strategies and insights that foster self-understanding, self-compassion, and resilience in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes neurodivergent experiences.
For over a decade, Jessica’s career has evolved from frontline youth work and support roles to advanced psychological practice. Her professional journey has provided her with extensive experience working alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness, addiction, complex mental health challenges, and familial displacement - both in Australia and Internationally. Jessica is committed to fostering a genuinely inclusive and welcoming therapeutic environment for people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. As someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community, she brings both personal understanding and professional insight to her work, ensuring that every client feels respected, valued, and authentically understood.
In addition to her work in trauma and neurodivergence, Jessica provides evidence-based support for depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, injury-related challenges, relational conflict, and grief. She also has substantial experience in the Workers’ Compensation sector, assisting injured workers with primary or secondary psychological injuries.
Jessica’s approach is compassionate, direct, and deeply respectful of each client’s lived experience. She is committed to fostering genuine connection and trust, empowering individuals to reclaim their sense of self, build resilience, and move forward with renewed clarity and confidence.
Jessica currently provides support for adolescents (15 years and older) and adults.

Jessica's Journey
Reminiscent of most journeys, my path to psychological practice was far from linear. While my fascination with human behaviour and emotion emerged at a tender age, it was the gifts of wanderlust that truly ignited my sense of wonder about the human experience. Traveling extensively to nearly 30 countries, cycling three developing nations and exploring regions untouched by Western culture, I was exposed to the rich diversity of humanity and its myriad experiences. In the most barren villages of India and the jungle regions of Asia, my yearning for a deeper understanding of psychological science was truly inspired.
Transitioning into academia in my early thirties, I dedicated close to a decade to honing my craft. Aligned with the principles of humanistic theory, I hold a deep reverence for the individuality of each person and approach my practice with a person-centered philosophy. Central to my approach is the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives and internal experience, and I that my role is to hold space - to sit in the mud with you - and support the navigation and nourishment of your internal environment.
